Information About Tea : Royal Phoenix Oolong Tea....

One of my personal favorite types of Oolong Tea (In which the word Oolong translates to "Black Dragon' in Chinese)...

Royal Phoenix Oolong Tea, also called Phoenix Bird Oolong, hails from the FengHuangshan (Phoenix Mountain) Province located in China.

This particular type of oolong has a sweet, floral, toasty, peach-like character, alongside a bold finish of notes of apricot, rounded with a toasty afterthought.

To Brew :

In your favorite tea cup, place around 2 heaping teaspoons of this Phoenix Bird Oolong tea into a filter;

Pour just below boiling water (around 212 degrees) into the filter with the tea,

let the tea steep for around 5-7 minutes, to obtain the full flavor,

sweeten with your favorite type of sugar, or natural sugar, if you prefer...

Ease back, and enjoy.
