Information About Tea : Golden Gunpowder Black Tea...

One of my other personal favorite types of black tea, hailing from China, Golden Gunpowder Black.

The general character of this particular type of black tea is a very robust, smoky beginning with a smooth, satisfying afterthought.

Part of how this tea obtains its name is due to the leaves resembling the classic style of Gunpowder Green tea, one of my personal favorite types of Chinese green tea, similar in smoky character to this Golden Gunpowder Black tea.

To Brew :

Place about 1-2 teaspoons of this tea into your favorite filter,

Pour nearly-boiling water (212 degrees) over the tea,

Let steep for 5-7 minutes,

Add your favorite sweetener, or natural sugar of your choice,

Ease back, and enjoy...
